APPLICATION FOR ELECTIVE POSTING IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH MALAYSIA

Greetings From Sabah Health Department!

We are delighted to hear from you and will be more than happy to accommodate you for your elective.  For the purpose of application process, we need the following documents:

a)          Elective Application Form (Attachment)

b)          A letter from the university, certifying your student’s status: and

c)          A scanned copy of applicant:

      (i) Identity Card for Malaysian Citizen
      (ii) Passport for non-Malaysian Citizen

Kindly be informed that the maximum date for medical elective is not more than 6 weeks and minimum not less than 3 weeks. The placement of Medical Elective will be held only at Specialist Hospital not in the rural area/hospital.
